Proms
One of the most important nights in a students life!
For many of the students this will be the last time they will see each other as they will soon be starting their working career or moving on to further education. Once booked, we will be available throughout the organising and will be able to meet with you or the committee to talk and plan this special event.
Arriving at the venue in limousines, trucks, horse & carriage and even by helicopter you will want to make sure the venue also has that WOW factor!
We offer high class disco entertainment with many options to add that personal touch from~
- DJ & team will be dressed in Black tie.
- Colour washing walls~ Maybe to the school colours
- Big screen projection~ Show school photo’s or even a short film created by one of the students celebrating their school life!
- Live video camera~ To record the night which will be edited into a short film.
- Confetti cannons~ At the end of the night to mark the start of their new life! (subject to agreement from the venue)
- Public liability insured~ £2million
- Full consultation throughout the planning
Pulse Roadshow is dedicated to make sure your Prom is a night the students will remember forever!
A recent 'Thank you' letter
Dear Lee, Thank you so much for your hard work and effort filming and providing the music at our recent Spring Ball. Having the screens relaying Live footage of the pupils arriving, worked really well and we have had lots of very positive feedback saying what a good idea this was - so all your hard work laying the cables etc was very much appreciated - thank you! Everyone had a fantastic night and the DVD you have made will provide them with great memories of a special evening. Once again, many thanks for a great night!
Yours sincerely Mrs L McCarthy and the Spring Ball Committee
For this Prom night we provided 2x 42" monitors. One was located in the bar are where a live feed was displayed showing the students arriving. This kept the students out of the way of the Limousines, buses and other vehicles. If it rains it also allows the students to be in the dry and still see their friends arriving! The other monitor was situated in the ballroom where we displayed school photo's and also a DVD which the students made when they first started this school, 5 years before! The whole evening was recorded and then presented to the students as a memory of the special night.
Two site visits were arranged before the Prom night to discuss requirements and also timings of the students arriving, speeches, balloon launch and the dancing.
